We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to guide a technology team focused on legacy data platforms. This role involves enabling agile maturity, facilitating key agile ceremonies, and ensuring transparency for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will partner with product owners to manage and refine backlogs while driving the team toward best practices and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable agile delivery by introducing and maintaining standards and best practices for the team.
- Facilitate agile events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and PI planning.
- Partner with product owners to prioritize work and refine product backlogs (L3/L2/L1).
- Adopt and leverage AI capabilities for Jira ticket creation and maintenance.
- Conduct regular reviews to maintain Jira hygiene.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide transparency for all stakeholders.
- Consult on complex data management initiatives with broad impact.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7-10 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead for a technology product is required. Alternatively, a minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60.00 to $64.00 per hour. Please note that a more specific pay rate will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
