URGENT REQUIREMENT:
SAP HCM Consultant
REMOTE work
,NV(incase client wants the we will pay the expences)
HCM - OM, PA, BN, PY, EH&S, TM, SuccessFactors Learning, ESS and MSS
UKG(Kronos) - Workforce Central, Workforce Attendance, Workforce Attestation, Workforce Leave (Time Off and FMLA), Enterprise Archive
- The vendor must have a proven functional and technical background, with at least three years experience in SAP implementing and supporting functionality within the SAP HCM modules
- Completed a minimum of two SAP full life-cycle implementations
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) HCM configuration
- Provide a ticketing system to allow Clark County to log tickets and track progress
- Be able to quickly understand Clark County s SAP operational landscape (SLD) and our UKG(Kronos) operational landscape
- Ability to create robust operational support documentation for future reference and maintainability
- Have good SAP and UKG(Kronos) project management skills and experience following Best Practices for both
- Knowledge of AbsenceSoft configuration and workflows
- Knowledgeable of touch points related to OM, PA, BN, TM, and PY.
- Knowledge of configuring SAP Workflow
- Bring best practice approaches for the County Team to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support procedures, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with the County Team to raise SAP/UKG Customer messages as needed
- Experience with writing blueprint documents, configuration documents, and related customer documentation to be used for future reference
- Experience with writing and performing test scripts relevant to functional changes made within the HCM modules for both SAP and UKG(Kronos)
- An in-depth understanding of both the Time and Payroll schemas
- Knowledge of how to interface data to and from SAP
- An in-depth understanding of SuccessFactors LMS configuration
- Strong SuccessFactors LMS reporting skills
- SuccessFactors LMS provision access from SAP
- Knowledge of the NS2 platform for SuccessFactors LMS
- An in-depth understanding of SAP infotypes and how they affect payroll
- An understanding of how Owner s HR and Payroll systems are configured and how to quickly troubleshoot issues
- Ability to quickly decipher and understand custom code
- Knowledge required to debug system related issues
- Public sector experience
- Ability to work with limited direction

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bringing best practice approaches for the customer to consider in a variety of areas including transport, testing, design, prototyping, training, defining support requirements and procedures, etc.
- Experience with writing related customer documentation to be used for future reference
- Ability to cross train and transfer knowledge to OWNER support teams
- Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with all team members

- Must have a proven functional and technical background, with at least three years experience in UKG(Kronos) supporting and upgrading functionality within the Clark County UKG(Kronos) modules
- Advanced knowledge of Workforce Central configuration
- Sound knowledge of UKG(Kronos) configuration and troubleshooting as it relates
