Job Description:
Apex Systems is hiring a Senior Streamlit UI Developer for a large Healthcare Client.

Location: Remote anywhere in the US, you must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Streamlit UI Developer to design, build, and deploy a secure and scalable user interface for a strategic initiative to modernize an audit workflow. This role is central to accelerating application development for the RADV Audit Tool 2.0 project. The developer will create a business-friendly platform for auditors, clinical reviewers, and operational teams to manage audit activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a production-ready Streamlit application, creating intuitive dashboards and workflows.
  • Build interactive data exploration, search, filtering, and drill-down capabilities.
  • Integrate the Streamlit application directly with Snowflake using Snowpark and Python, developing efficient data retrieval patterns.
  • Develop member-level audit review screens, chart retrieval interfaces, and HCC review workflows.
  • Create operational dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive summary views.
  • Participate in CI/CD implementation, support application security reviews, and implement logging and monitoring capabilities.
  • Optimize application performance for large audit datasets and support role-based access controls.
  • Assist in production deployment and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualifications

Experience:
  • 5+ years of Python application development.
  • 3+ years of Streamlit development experience.
  • Strong Snowflake integration experience, including data modeling, security, RBAC concepts, and query optimization.
  • Experience with Snowpark Python.
  • Strong SQL development skills.
  • REST API integration experience.
  • Experience with Git/GitLab version control.
  • Experience deploying Python applications in AWS environments.

Technical Skills:
  • Front-End Skills: UI/UX design fundamentals, data visualization development, and interactive dashboard development.
  • Visualization Frameworks: Proficiency with Plotly, Altair, or similar frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with custom Streamlit components.
  • Experience working with large healthcare datasets.
  • Healthcare payer industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Risk Adjustment, RADV audits, and CMS audit processes.
  • Medical record workflow experience.
  • AWS cloud development experience.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data security requirements.
