Ensure alignment with enterprise strategic and project management methodologies
Validate project estimates, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions (Agile & Waterfall)
Analyze business processes and recommend IT solutions
Lead artifact reviews ensuring compliance with standards and policies
Participate in solution design and architecture assessments
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
Review and approve testing strategies (integration, performance, UAT)
Validate test data and results
Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
Differentiate between defects and enhancements; initiate change requests
Review and approve project documentation
Act as liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
Maintain communication plans and project metrics reporting
Create system diagrams and data flow diagrams for RFPs
Write Agile user stories with acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin format)
Assist Product Owner with backlog prioritization
Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives)
Develop and maintain Test Plans, Test Cases, and RTM
Perform Functional and Regression Testing and support UAT
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Strong experience in Agile/Hybrid environments
Expertise in translating business requirements into user stories
Ability to decompose complex requirements into actionable tasks
Experience with vendor-based solutions/projects
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
4+ years of Business Analyst (or similar) experience
4+ years of Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience with Oracle or SQL Server
