Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the large-scale implementation and integration of a next-generation Restaurant Technology Platform. This platform includes Point of Sale (POS), Inventory Management, Labor Management, Makeline Optimization, and Driver Dispatch systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise-scale technical delivery, API-driven integrations, and multi-vendor ecosystem management. This role requires leading complex technology rollouts involving 100+ integrations across internal systems, franchise tools, and third-party partners.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management roles.

  • Strong experience delivering large-scale system implementations and integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with API-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.

  • Experience managing complex multi-vendor technology programs.

  • Background in restaurant, QSR, or retail technology platforms.

  • Ability to work closely with engineers and architects on system design and integration architecture.

  • Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
