Job description:
We are seeking an accomplished Technical Delivery Manager to lead the large-scale implementation and integration of our next-generation Restaurant Technology Platform, encompassing Point of Sale (POS), Inventory, Labor Management, Makeline Optimization, and Driver Dispatch solutions. This individual will drive architecture, API integration, and system interoperability across a complex multi-vendor ecosystem with 100+ integrations spanning internal systems, franchisee tools, and third-party partners.
The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, proven leadership in enterprise-scale restaurant or retail technology rollouts, and the ability to orchestrate complex cross-functional programs involving product engineering, infrastructure, integration, and operations.

Required
10+ years of experience in technical program or project management roles leading enterprise-scale system implementations.
Deep experience with API-driven architectures, integrations, and data exchange between large-scale POS, labor, inventory, or retail platforms.
Strong technical fluency able to engage with engineers and architects on system design, APIs, data schemas, and middleware.
Proven experience with multi-vendor orchestration and complex rollout programs in QSR or retail environments (1,000+ sites).
Demonstrated success leading integration projects involving 100+ internal and external systems.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical topics to both executive and engineering audiences.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, integration monitoring, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
