Summary

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in professional surveying.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or Geographic Information System (GIS) software.
Experience with reading and interpreting complex legal property descriptions.
Experience in advanced boundary analysis and surveying methods.
Experience with producing digital deliverables such as shapefiles or CAD files.
Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Accurately draw restricted property boundaries using CAD or GIS software.
Read and interpret legal descriptions from land use restriction deed notices.
Produce final digital deliverables (shapefiles or CAD files).
Provide written explanations when legal descriptions cannot be accurately drawn.
Propose cost-effective solutions for technical drawing issues.
Manage project-based workload and prioritization while working independently.
Maintain and update project documentation related to boundary analysis.
