SAP Business Cutover Lead

Experience: 15+ years required. We are specifically looking for strong, hands-on SAP Business Cutover Lead professionals.

Job Description:

• In support of clients Global Cutover Lead, the Cutover support resource will be responsible for leading Cutover related activities and creation of deliverables for a defined ERP deployment.

• Candidates should be excited to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Leveraging client’s methodology and best practices, the candidate will define, document, and present the cutover strategy and plan in collaboration with project stakeholders.

• Create Cutover related deliverables such as the Cutover plan (technical + business), blackout strategy, ramp-up plans, mock cutover entry/exit reports, etc.

• Conduct mock cutover simulations and refine cutover strategy and plan based on outcomes.

• Provides cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders

involved in coordination of legacy shut down activities prior to application activation

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cutover activities, including

data migration, Change Management, Security & Controls, system outages, and system administration issues.

• Develop and maintain contingency plans for critical cutover activities, preparing for potential delays, rollbacks, or system issues.

• Liaises and coordinates with all workstream leads, process areas, change management, program management, and other stakeholders.

• Build relationships and collaborate with IT and Business (both Global and Onsite stakeholders).

Skills:

• Skills: Project Management, experience leading different delivery methodologies (including Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid), SAP S/4Hana implementations and Cutover activities, Business Analysis, Stakeholder communication

• Manufacturing / Supply Chain knowledge and experience is a differentiator.

• Experience with following tools: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc.), JIRA, Power BI, Miro/Mural

Education:

• Bachelors of Science or other applicable disciplines.
