Description:
This job leads complex application development services, typically as part of a project team or in an application support role. They also provide general support to maintain more complex applications and meet the service levels, system availability, performance, and quality required by customers. Able to guide and mentor less experienced team members.
Responsibilities
• Takes a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing more complex application enhancements, as well as providing general production support, meeting defined scope, target dates,s and budgets with minimal or no defects.
• Utilizes and participates in the more complex full system development life cycle, per current Client SDLC standards.
• Documentation Maintenance: Regularly updating mapping documentation to reflect changes in data sources, data structures, and data processes. Using a version control system (e.g., Git) to track changes and collaborate effectively.
• Performs work in compliance with all Client and Client IT standards, policies, and procedures.
• Actively takes a leading role and participates on project teams in various project roles, including, but not limited to, Developer, Technical Lead,d and Project Manager, based upon level of experience.
• Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners, rs and management, including assisting with or conducting more complex technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions,ons and providing accurate and concise documentation.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• 1-3 years of experience as a data/software analyst
• 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare Data Engine technology.
• Understanding of clinical data and healthcare data.
• Deep understanding of Spark and its core concepts. They should be proficient in Spark programming, Python, and PySpark
• Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Experience in the healthcare or Health Insurance Industry
• Experience with Agile
Experience with Kafka
Experience with SQL
Experience with FHIR/Healthcare Data
Preferred Qualifications
• 3- 5 years of experience as an analyst with experience in all of the following: API, SFTP, Kafka, SQL, FHIR/healthcare data, Agile
Healthcare experience
Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of healthcare data exchanged via APIs, SFTP, and Kafka. Skills in SQL, data reconciliation, integration testing, root-cause analysis, FHIR/healthcare data, observability, monitoring, and Agile delivery required.
