Description:
Responsible for planning, developing, analyzing and invoking critical processes around software engineering across the enterprise. Performs analysis of data, and identifies risks and issues of key processes. Participates in and/or conducts problem solving sessions. Documents and communicates deliverables. Functions may include estimating, defect and resource management, report development, and software process improvement implementation and quality control activities. For the Quality discipline, collaborate with project teams to ensure that established quality goals are being incorporated into the business solution. Provide consistent and regular feedback to application and process owners with recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide support and guidance in relation to software artifacts and processes supported across the enterprise
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience (open to someone with 4 or more years if they are a match)
• Experience source-to-target mapping of data
• Analysis of business problems/needs
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in technical skills and communication
Preferred:

HL7 v2/v3 testing knowledge, experience
Quality Engineer with experience testing healthcare data integrations and interoperability solutions involving APIs, SFTP, Kafka, and EHR platforms such as Epic and Oracle Health. Skilled in test planning, test automation, integration testing, data validation, FHIR and HL7 v2/v3 testing, defect management, regression testing, and source-to-target reconciliation. Strong analytical skills with experience supporting Agile delivery teams and end-to-end validation of healthcare data exchanges.
Supports one or more analytical aspects of the application performance testing life cycle, Uses significant judgement and discretion to collaborate with customers on complex issues in order to understand capability needs, gather project specifications, create performance test scripts, translate high-level business needs into detailed non-functional requirements for new capabilities, analyze data to determine business problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements, create/execute scripts, provide root cause analysis and corrective action plan, verify delivery of customer needs, and ensure quality delivery. Also responsible for identification and documentation of risks, defects and issues. Uses functional and organizational knowledge to mentor Associate and Intermediate Business Systems Analysts (Performance Engineers). Leads project teams or actively participate as subject matter expert (SME) on moderately complex projects (which are cross functional, with potential regulatory risk exposure, customer service & financial impacts). Acts as face to the customer.
