Position : Salesforce Solution Architect-Data Cloud & Presales
Location :Plano, TX / East Brunswick, NJ / Santa Clara, CA ( 3 days work from office)

Need real time Salesforce solution architecture, data cloud and pre sales experience, it MUST be updated in the projects details on resume and not on summary.
Agentforce knowledge is enough as long as the candidate understands the concept of it as this is a new technology and many won t have worked in real time.
We need a hands-on solution sales force architect. Candidate should have done some real time projects at Solution architect level in salesforce. Ideal candidate s experience should be 15-18 years of experience overall. We don t expect them to code but they should be able to explain and understand the code. Also, we are NOT looking for an expert in agent force since it is a new technology, we want candidates who can understand the concept of agent force and data cloud. Candidate should have an excellent communication skill. He/she should have experience on pre- sales as well.
Job Description
In this position, you will lead the development of Salesforce projects and guide the team from concept through execution, ensuring overall quality of the project vision and solution.
With responsibilities including defining experience concepts based on understanding needs, tasks, and goals of the target audiences. Working closely with clients to translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences. Leading and/or participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing. As liaison, you ll communicate and collaborate with technical staff, executive and management stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions and implement and deploy AppExchange products. Other responsibilities can include training and supporting staff with configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals. Willingness to help develop a growing team and a strong desire to mentor professionals at all levels is a big plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead efforts to sell new consulting business, working along with Sales teams (from our vertical industry teams). Coordination with Delivery Team, who own delivery of sold services engagements during the sales cycle (to ensure alignment as new deals are signed).
- Devising innovative strategies to a). Create innovative and differentiated offerings aligned with Salesforce s strategy b). grow the consulting services revenues c). leading the strategy to grow the consulting business with the existing customers and to win new customers in the USA and internationally.
- Creating, promoting and driving sales of new go to market offerings related to Salesforce.
Manage and mentor Salesforce Alliance Director, networking with Salesforce to increase visibility and creditability within their organization - including building relationship within the Salesforce industry teams that align to vertical focuses (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media, Retail, etc.).
Working with Marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at building Salesforce brand and generating leads.
Upward reporting to Management (tracking to plans ).
Coordinating with the Salesforce Delivery Team and the People Management Group at regarding of recruitment and retention of Salesforce Practice Team members.
