In this position, you will lead the development of Salesforce consulting engagements and guide teams from concept through execution, ensuring the overall quality, coherence, and success of the project vision and solution.
You will be responsible for defining experience concepts grounded in a deep understanding of user needs, tasks, and goals. The role involves close collaboration with clients to translate business requirements into meaningful, scalable, and interactive Salesforce solutions. You will lead and/or participate in immersive user research, concept validation, and usability testing efforts.
Serving as a key liaison, you will communicate and collaborate with technical teams, executive sponsors, and management stakeholders regarding project status, technical considerations, and creative solution approaches. You will also support the implementation and deployment of AppExchange products and contribute hands-on where needed, including training and supporting team members with configuration tasks such as field and page updates, workflows, and automated approvals.

Roles & Responsibilities
Consulting Leadership & Pre-Sales
- Lead efforts to sell new Salesforce consulting engagements in partnership with internal sales and vertical industry teams
- Coordinate closely with delivery leadership during the sales cycle to ensure alignment, feasibility, and smooth transition from sale to execution
Practice Growth & Strategy
- Devise and execute innovative strategies to:
- Create differentiated Salesforce offerings aligned with Salesforce s evolving platform strategy
- Grow consulting services revenue
- Expand relationships with existing clients while winning new clients in the U.S. and international markets
- Create, promote, and drive go-to-market offerings centered on Salesforce solutions
Alliance & Ecosystem Leadership
- Manage and mentor the Salesforce Alliance leadership function
- Build strong relationships within Salesforce, including industry-aligned teams, to increase visibility, credibility, and joint pipeline development across key verticals (e.g., Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media, Retail)
Marketing & Brand Enablement
- Partner with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that strengthen the Salesforce brand presence and generate qualified leads
Executive Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular upward reporting to executive leadership, tracking performance against growth plans, pipeline, and delivery readiness
Talent & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate with delivery leadership and people management teams on recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Salesforce practice team members
- Support the long-term scaling and health of the Salesforce consulting practice
