Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns and strengthen brand visibility across multiple digital channels. This long-term contract position is ideal for a marketing specialist with deep experience in paid media, email strategy, and campaign analytics who can turn insights into measurable growth. The role will focus on building and optimizing programs across search, social, and emerging AI-enabled platforms while partnering with stakeholders to improve engagement and conversion outcomes. Will be part-time and must be able to work EST.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage integrated digital marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, and email channels to support business growth.
Plan, launch, and refine campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on reach, lead generation, and return on investment.
Track campaign effectiveness through Google Analytics and other reporting tools, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
Create audience strategies, testing plans, and budget allocations to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates.
Partner with internal teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives, promotional calendars, and customer needs.
Oversee email campaign execution, including segmentation, messaging strategy, scheduling, and performance optimization.
Evaluate and incorporate AI platforms that enhance campaign management, audience insights, content effectiveness, or workflow efficiency.
Prepare regular performance summaries and communicate key findings, trends, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs with hands-on responsibility for campaign strategy and execution.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and email marketing.
Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proven ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make informed optimization decisions.
Experience managing budgets, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Familiarity with AI platforms used to support marketing execution, analytics, or campaign improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
