As a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer, you will be an integral part of the IT support and operations department, supporting a diverse range of infrastructure services. Job Title: Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer
Location:Waltham, Massachusetts (Onsite/Hybrid)
What\'s the Job?
\t- Provide operational support, administration, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer for a Microsoft-centric infrastructure environment. \t
- Manage and support Active Directory infrastructure, including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls. \t
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Windows Server environments. \t
- Support server health, system performance, and handle operational incidents efficiently. \t
- Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure stability and performance.
What\'s Needed?
\t- 7+ years of Infrastructure Operations experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies. \t
- Strong experience in Active Directory administration and Windows Server management (2016/2019/2022). \t
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, and Group Policy management. \t
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Windows networking fundamentals, and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V. \t
- Experience with incident and problem management, PowerShell scripting, and infrastructure migrations.
