Lead - Fixture Design

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead - Fixture Designs in Dublin, CA.

Duties Include:
* Develops and supports project timelines and budgets, including creation of project plans, communication to key stakeholders, and assisting in the development of operational procedures
* Coordinates requests for vendor design proposals, and analysis of submittals, for review with leadership
* Develops fixture design concepts for review, including sketches, renderings, engineering drawings, and assembly drawings
* Leads kickoff meetings with project partners; Recaps these meetings and drives resolution of action items

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of experience
* SolidWorks experience
* Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration with business partners and stakeholders
* Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
* Able to clearly sketch and render fixture design concepts for nontechnical audiences
* High comfort level working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
* Outstanding work ethic; Displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
