Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Program Manager to support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise SAP transformation initiatives with a focus on Data Management, governance, business readiness, and cross-functional program coordination.
This role will operate within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and will be responsible for coordinating multiple initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party system integrators. The candidate will provide portfolio-level visibility, dependency management, risk tracking, and readiness coordination to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives focused on Data Management.
Coordinate activities across business teams, SAP teams, IT teams, and external partners.
Manage program dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness activities.
Provide governance, reporting, and portfolio-level status visibility.
Support alignment between business strategy and execution teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and business readiness.
Assist with end-to-end data process management within SAP environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of project/program management experience.
3–5 years of experience supporting SAP ERP transformations (ECC or S/4HANA).
Strong SAP Data Management experience.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs.
Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise data processes.
Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and transformation risks.
Experience collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and governance skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a Transformation Management Office (TMO) environment.
SAP master data management experience.
Experience with large-scale enterprise ERP implementations.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and business readiness activities.
