AV Support Specialist100% Onsite | No Remote or Hybrid OptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Audio Visual Support Specialist to support conference rooms, meeting spaces, and presentation environments. This role focuses on day-to-day meeting support, AV system setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring rooms are fully operational for scheduled meetings and events.
The ideal candidate has strong technical fundamentals, a customer-focused mindset, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader support team when needed. This is a fully onsite position supporting a professional, business-casual office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, support, and troubleshoot presentation and conferencing systems for meetings and events
- Provide daily room checks to ensure AV systems, displays, microphones, and conferencing tools are fully operational
- Deliver meeting and event support, including pre-meeting setup and live troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot audio and video conferencing systems, projection equipment, and display technologies
- Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms during meetings
- Install, test, deliver, and track portable presentation and conferencing equipment
- Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory related to supported AV systems
Required Skills & Experience- Hands-on experience with audio and video conferencing systems
- Strong working knowledge of projection and display systems
- Experience providing meeting and conference room support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for meetings and collaboration
- Experience with Crestron-based environments (or similar AV control systems)
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-5 years of relevant AV, UC, or IT support experience
Nice to Have- Zoom and/or Webex support experience
- Additional hands-on exposure to Crestron systems
Work Environment & Schedule- 100% onsite role - no hybrid or remote work available
- Monday-Friday schedule, typically 7:00/7:30 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM
- Flexibility required for early meetings and event support
- Independent, hands-on work with collaboration from teammates as needed
- Business-casual office environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
