Salesforce Business Analyst Marketing Cloud (Healthcare)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with mandatory Marketing Cloud certification to drive requirements, solution design, and stakeholder alignment for marketing automation initiatives in the healthcare domain.

This role requires strong experience translating business needs into scalable Marketing Cloud solutions while ensuring compliance and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into Marketing Cloud solution designs (Journeys, segmentation, personalization)
Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, compliance, and IT teams
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Ensure alignment with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy)
Support UAT, validation, and release planning
Drive campaign optimization and performance insights
Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure delivery quality

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (MANDATORY)
5+ years as a Business Analyst in Salesforce ecosystem
Strong experience with:
- Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Agile (JIRA, user stories, backlog management)
Experience working in healthcare / life sciences domain

Nice to Have

Exposure to Sales/Service Cloud + Marketing Cloud integrations
Experience with data platforms (CDP, Snowflake, etc.)
Understanding of campaign analytics and reporting
