Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer with mandatory Marketing Cloud certification to support testing and validation of marketing automation solutions in a healthcare environment. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, campaign integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations
Validate email campaigns, journeys, automations, and personalization logic
Perform data validation across Data Extensions, SQL queries, and integrations
Conduct API and integration testing between Marketing Cloud and external systems (CRM, CDP, healthcare platforms)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards
Identify defects, track issues, and work closely with developers for resolution
Support UAT cycles, regression testing, and release validation
Validate segmentation, subscriber data, and campaign performance tracking

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (MANDATORY)
4+ years in QA / Testing roles with Salesforce ecosystem
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio
- SQL for data validation
- API testing tools (Postman or similar)
Experience in end-to-end QA lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression)
Exposure to healthcare domain / HIPAA compliance

Nice to Have

Experience with Sales/Service Cloud integrations
Knowledge of FHIR/HL7 or healthcare data systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing tools
