Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (AI-Focused)

Location: USA, Naperville, IL (Remote or occasional onsite).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and AI-driven capabilities. This role will support business teams by delivering actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, and contributing to AI/Einstein-powered initiatives and POCs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, business-facing, and comfortable working in fast-paced, exploratory environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business operations and leadership insights
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Support AI/Einstein features (e.g., predictions, recommendations, automation insights) within Salesforce
Contribute to AI-driven POCs and agentic workflows, helping evaluate and operationalize new capabilities
Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data access controls
Perform data analysis, data quality checks, and ensure integrity across Salesforce objects
Configure and maintain workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flow preferred)
Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to enhance platform capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, security model)
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and standard/custom objects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Good to Have

Exposure to Salesforce Einstein / AI capabilities (Einstein Analytics, Prediction Builder, etc.)
Understanding of agentic AI concepts / automation-driven workflows
Experience supporting POCs, pilots, or innovation initiatives
Salesforce Administrator Certification
