Job Title: Production Readiness Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Readiness Manager to ensure applications and systems are fully prepared for production deployment. This role will coordinate across development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to manage release readiness, reduce risks, and support smooth go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end production readiness and release processes.
• Conduct readiness reviews before deployments.
• Ensure all testing, security, performance, and compliance checks are completed.
• Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Validate deployment plans, rollback strategies, and support procedures.
• Ensure monitoring, logging, alerting, and documentation are in place.
• Support go-live and post-deployment activities.
• Track and resolve production issues and risks.
• Maintain release schedules and status reports.
Required Skills:
• Experience in Production Readiness, Release Management, or Change Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple releases and priorities.
