Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 2+ year experience in the use or supporting of chromatography data systems and instrumentation in a regulated environment.
- Preferred experience in the use or support of Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x chromatography system and instruments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to mediate between technical teams and business end users.
- Ability to travel to Rahway and West Point, as necessary, for on-site efforts.
- Previous experience using JIRA, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy AIC computers located at Rahway and West Point sites (on-site support) and remote support for other sites.
- Complete validation or qualification (IQ/OQ) documentation for review and approval.
- Complete comprehensive checklist / test script.
- Resolution of AIC build-related issues.
- Interact with project core and extended teams, attending meetings as necessary.
