Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ETL Developer with 12+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale ETL/Data Integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL tools, SQL, cloud platforms, and performance tuning.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, analysts, and development teams to build scalable data pipelines and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL workflows and data pipelines
• Analyze source systems and business requirements for data integration
• Build scalable ETL solutions for large-volume data processing
• Develop and maintain data warehouse architectures
• Perform ETL optimization and performance tuning
• Implement data validation, cleansing, and transformation logic
• Troubleshoot production ETL issues and provide root cause analysis
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards
• Create technical documentation and ETL mapping documents
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Mentor junior ETL developers and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to DevOps practices
• Cloud certifications are a plus
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom domains
