#2. Arizona PE or ability to obtain within 3 months
#3. Strong technical and civil engineering knowledge required
#4. Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
Responsibilities of the Civil Project Manager - Land Development:
The selected individual will oversee and coordinate both internal and external teams to deliver client services, manage schedules, and ensure the availability of technical resources needed for project completion. A strong focus on maintaining high-quality outcomes and achieving client satisfaction is key. Leadership and management skills will play a critical role in excelling in this position.
Requirements of the Civil Project Manager - Land Development:
- A degree in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of related experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona or the ability to obtain licensure within three months.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating technical tasks while meeting client needs.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, including initiating contact, negotiating agreements, ensuring satisfaction, and securing future referrals.
- Experience with Civil3D software is considered advantageous.
