Summary

Role 1: Senior Functional Test Coordinator (Core Banking)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Functional Test Coordinator with deep expertise in the Core Banking sector. In this role, you will define testing strategies, lead Agile testing ceremonies, and serve as the critical bridge between leadership and offshore teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Strategy & Execution: Define comprehensive test strategies, review test plans, and validate test cases authored by the team.
  • Agile Leadership: Develop effort estimations for releases, actively participate in sprint planning, and engage in all Agile ceremonies.
  • QA Management: Manage application testing, collect and analyze QA-related performance indicators (KPIs), and implement best practices to identify, reproduce, and report defects.
  • Reporting & Communication: Report on Quality Engineering (QE) progress, effectively communicating gaps, issues, and risks to leadership.
  • Offshore Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with offshore teams for progress updates and knowledge transition.
  • Delivery Excellence: Track the overall progress of project execution and ensure strict adherence to QA best practices and standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven, hands-on experience in Core Banking (Mandatory).
  • Strong background in QA leadership, test coordination, and Agile delivery models.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience managing offshore/onshore delivery teams.
