Role:CIAM Product Owner/Project Manager

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 (Day one Onsite)

Must Have:

• The profile for CIAM along with certification for CIAM, CISSP
• Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions across banking, healthcare, insurance, and global enterprises.
• Proven leader in designing and implementing secure customer authentication frameworks leveraging Okta, Ping Identity, Azure Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Saviynt across B2C, B2B, and B2E ecosystems.
• Specialized in SSO, MFA, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, federation, adaptive authentication, and biometric identity to drive seamless customer experiences
• Experienced in identity lifecycle management, API security, identity proofing, registration flows, JML automation, and integration across cloud and hybrid architectures (Azure/AWS)
• Proficient at Agile and PMI (waterfall) and hybrid PMO processes. An Agile Coach for existing and new Agile implementations. SCRUM
• Knowledge of Federated Identity & Identity Lifecycle Management, Zero Trust Security & Access Governance
• Extensive background aligning CIAM programs with GDPR, CCPA, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, FFIEC
• API Security & Cloud (Azure/AWS) Identity Integration
• Product Owner / Technical Lead CIAM / Identity Platforms
• Certification in CIAM, CISSP
