Enterprise Transformation Orchestration
• Own and manage the integrated enterprise roadmap across all Bird Comeback initiatives (core & enablers).
• Define and enforce planning standards across initiatives, ensuring each priority has clear objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
• Lead the transformation operating cadence, ensuring initiative leaders maintain current execution plans and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify & manage cross-functional dependencies across initiatives to ensure alignment & coordinated execution.
• Proactively surface risks, delays, and scope gaps, recommending mitigation actions to maintain momentum.
• Own the single source of truth for transformation progress, risks, & milestone delivery across Bird Comeback portfolio.
• Pressure-test timelines and assumptions to ensure plans are realistic and executable.
• Design and evolve tools, templates, and systems that improve visibility, accountability, and execution discipline across transformation initiatives.
Executive Reporting & Governance
• Own enterprise reporting framework used to track & communicate progress across the Bird Comeback Plan.
• Lead preparation of monthly transformation updates for Leadership Team review, consolidating initiative progress, key risks, dependencies, and decision points.
• Monitor initiative status and ensure mitigation plans are defined and tracked for at-risk priorities.
• Drive accountability with initiative owners to provide timely updates ahead of governance forums.
• Synthesize portfolio-level insights, enterprise risks, and required leadership decisions.
Cross-Functional Accountability & Alignment
• Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Ops, Finance, Development, Tech, & People teams
• Drive cross-functional accountability by ensuring initiative leaders deliver against agreed milestones and commitments.
• Identify and escalate risks or stalled progress that may impact transformation outcomes.
• Facilitate alignment where initiative interdependencies create friction or execution challenges.
• Operate effectively in environments where influence must be exercised without direct authority.
Education/Certifications:
• In pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, transformation, strategy, or related environment preferred
• Experience supporting or orchestrating multiple concurrent high priority cross-functional enterprise initiatives preferred

• Exceptional project management & organization skills
• Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Structured thinker with strong analytical & problem-solving capabilities
• Comfort engaging and following up with senior stakeholders across functions
• High degree of ownership, follow-through, and accountability
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Experience using project management software (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, Airtable or similar) preferred
• Exposure to process standardization or enterprise tool implementation initiatives a plus
• Experience in multi-unit retail, QSR, or consumer-facing businesses a plus but not required
