Summary

SharePoint Administrator (Hybrid - Westminster, CO)

We're looking for a SharePoint Administrator to support collaboration and business process solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering high-quality collaboration solutions.
This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site work as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business users and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint and M365 solutions
  • Design and support out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom SharePoint solutions
  • Manage day-to-day SharePoint administration, user support, and training
  • Support SharePoint and Nintex migrations, including on-prem to M365
  • Work cross-functionally to drive business value through collaboration tools
  • Maintain strong documentation and provide clear written and verbal communication

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  • Exposure to SharePoint migrations (on-prem to M365 and/or Nintex migrations)
  • Strong customer service mindset with attention to quality and detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • SharePoint Application Development certifications
  • Experience with Nintex Workflow, SharePoint Designer, or InfoPath
  • Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools (e.g., ShareGate, Bamboo Solutions, HarePoint)
  • Experience with Teams, Exchange, Stream, or other M365 services
  • Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON)
  • Exposure to Business Process Mapping or Six Sigma

Location & Work Environment

  • Hybrid role based in Westminster, CO
  • Primarily remote with occasional on-site work
  • Office, lab, production, or remote environments depending on project needs

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
