We are seeking a dynamic individual for a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration and support within Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex environments. You’ll be a key player in transforming requirements into impactful solutions and elevating business processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored solutions using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to meet organizational needs.
- Provide training and support to maximize SharePoint utility across various business units.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring optimal implementation.
- Lead and assist migration initiatives from on-premise SharePoint to Microsoft 365 environments.
- Foster a positive work environment by establishing effective working relationships within and across teams.
- Contribute additional tasks as needed to support organizational goals.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with SharePoint application development and relevant certifications are advantageous.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Business Process Mapping and Six Sigma Certification.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Nintex Workflow or similar tools.
- Knowledge of M365 offerings, including Teams, Exchange, and Stream.
- Competency in web technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
