Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Architect specializing in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud (RCA) to lead enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) initiatives. The architect will drive solution architecture, technical governance, and best practices while partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Leadership

• Serve as the Application Architect and SME for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions
• Lead end-to-end architecture for Quote-to-Cash processes including product catalog, pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and order orchestration
• Define enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
• Provide architectural oversight for large-scale and multi-org Salesforce deployments

CPQ & Revenue Cloud

• Design scalable CPQ solutions including:
  • Product configuration & bundle structures
  • Pricing rules, discounting & approvals
  • Quote lifecycle & document generation
  • Subscription lifecycle, renewals & amendments
• Architect Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) capabilities for subscription and revenue lifecycle management

Integration & Governance

• Design integrations with ERP, billing, and order management platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Lead API-driven and event-based integration architecture
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data governance standards

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Partner with business stakeholders to align sales operations and pricing strategies
• Mentor architects, developers, and CPQ consultants
• Review and approve technical designs and implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise

• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ architecture and configuration
• Strong experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)
• Experience with large data volume architectures and performance optimization
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and governance

Integrations

• Experience integrating CPQ with:
  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Billing & Order Management platforms
  • Middleware tools such as MuleSoft

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist
