Job Overview:
We are hiring Clinical Project Planners for a large pharmaceutical client. The selected candidates will support the Project and Portfolio Management team during a transition from MS Project to Planisware. This role involves assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical study timelines and schedules. The planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate study plans, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure project alignment across clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain detailed clinical study plans, timelines, and schedules in Planisware.
Support the transition of project planning activities from MS Project to Planisware.
Collaborate with project managers, clinical trial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines, identify dependencies, risks, and scheduling impacts.
Ensure clinical study plans remain accurate, aligned, and up to date.
Assist in coordinating planning discussions and project updates across teams.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in clinical project planning within pharma or clinical trials.
Hands-on experience managing clinical study plans, timelines, and schedules.
Strong experience working with Planisware (Power User / Super User level).
Experience collaborating with CTM and program/project management teams.
Strong working knowledge of MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to end-to-end drug development planning.
