Role: Salesforce Cybersecurity Program Manager
Location: Hybrid onsite in DC; Dallas/Frisco, TX; Tampa or Ft. Lauderdale, FL; NYC, NY; Louisville, KY; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Nashville, TN or Charlotte, NC

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management, information security, technology risk management, compliance, or technology operations.
• Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity remediation programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access controls, authentication technologies, and cybersecurity governance.
• Strong program management, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and SaaS security controls.
• Salesforce platform experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent Salesforce certification.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent.
• Experience with privileged access management (PAM), IAM, MFA, SSO, OAuth, JWT, and modern authentication frameworks.
• Experience supporting vulnerability management
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CIS Controls, HITRUST, SOX, SOC 2, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
