  • Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree, or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering with a specialized focus on Microelectronics or Analog And Digital Circuit Design.

  • Verified industry experience: 8+ years with a Bachelors Degree, 5+ years with a Masters Degree, or 4+ years with a Doctorate.

  • Proven expertise in Mixed-Signal Pcb Design, High-Density Multi-Layer Layouts, and oversight of Bill Of Materials and fabrication vendors.

  • Proficiency across digital protocols including RS232/RS422, I2C, I2S, SPI, and McBSP, alongside High-Speed Signaling and Power Management System Design.

  • Hands-on mastery of laboratory equipment such as Digital Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Function Generators, and Data Acquisition Systems.

  • Practical capability in Digital Signal Processing, Low-Noise Electronics Design, Matlab Data Analysis, and Linux Systems.

  • Basic familiarity with C/C++ or Python for Microcontroller Programming, along with Electronics Assembly, Wiring, Crimping, and Soldering.

  • Preferred experience developing specialized subsea electronics for Underwater Maritime Systems within a fast-paced Research And Development setting.
