Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:
* Support project delivery through scheduling, RAID, change management, and status reporting
* Gather requirements and guide stakeholders through the full project lifecycle, including go-live and post-implementation support
* Create and maintain project documentation; Lead regular internal/external reviews to improve processes
* Coordinate Agile ceremonies; Coach teams on Agile practices and tools
* Keep teams aligned on goals, ensure proper Agile execution, and resolve conflicts
* Analyze business cases and feasibility studies; Support project definition
* Partner with QA to validate deliverables and facilitate UAT
* Build cross-functional relationships; Clearly communicate goals, timelines, and deliverables
* Identify and implement process improvements while tracking impact
* Adapt strategies to support project success
* Support both Agile and traditional project management activities
* Assist with RFI/RFP development, vendor/partner management, and other assigned tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
* PMP preferred; SAFe certification a plus
* 8+ years of project delivery experience, including 4+ years in Agile/SAFe environments
* Insurance/healthcare experience preferred
* Proficient with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge with experience coaching and mentoring teams
* Skilled in facilitating discussions, gathering, and translating business/technical requirements
* Excellent problem-solving skills with sound judgment in complex situations
* Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
* Proven leadership ability; Able to challenge teams and drive improvement
* Strong communication, analytical, and reasoning skills
* Collaborative across diverse teams and disciplines
* Experience implementing Agile development and testing best practices
* Ability to manage complex projects involving emerging technologies
* Comfortable in a hybrid work environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
