Job Title: NetSuite SuiteFlow / SuiteScript Consultant

Location Remote Role

Duration: Short term Project (Estimated 80-100 Hours)

Scope of Work:

Subcontractor will provide NetSuite technical configuration and development services in support of Client''s AP Approval Routing Automation project.

• Design and build an automated AP approval routing workflow in NetSuite using SuiteFlow, triggering email notifications to approvers who do not hold NetSuite licenses
• Develop email templates tied to PO status, enabling approvers to review and act on individual PO approval requests via email
• Build and test a mechanism (SuiteScript-based or otherwise) for processing email-based approval responses and updating PO approval status within NetSuite
• Configure auto-approval rules based on defined thresholds and criteria, as directed by Client''s engagement team
• Configure email group-based routing and approval tracking logic
• Support documentation of the workflow design, including triggers, routing logic, and escalation paths, for Client''s client-facing deliverable
• Participate in testing and validation sessions with Client''s engagement team prior to client UAT

Out of Scope for Subcontractor:

• Direct communication with client personnel unless explicitly authorized by client
• Any client-facing deliverable authorship (client will own and produce all client deliverables using Subcontractor''s technical work as input)
• Integration work outside NetSuite and the email approval mechanism (e.g., Power BI development)

Deliverables to Client:

• Configured SuiteFlow workflow(s) in the Company''s NetSuite sandbox/production environment, as directed
• Email templates and routing logic documentation
• Technical write-up of the approval status update mechanism for client to incorporate into client documentation
• Support during client-led validation and client review sessions 

Reporting & Supervision:

• Subcontractor reports to Client''s engagement lead for this workstream and works under Client''s direction throughout
• Client retains responsibility for all deliverables to the Company and for reviewing Subcontractor''s work product before it is presented to the client
