Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $56.00 USD Hourly
Description: Job Overview: Seeking on-site Systems Engineers to install, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise compute, storage, and desktop environments. Technologies include Office 365, Email, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, SAN/NAS, Backup, File/Print, Anti-virus, and more.
Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support projects to meet TS goals and objectives.
- Manage, maintain, and support System Architecture solutions.
- Provide 24x7x365 enterprise hardware/software support.
- Create and maintain SOPs and documentation.
- Provide reports and metrics for performance analysis and planning.
- Establish and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Provide guidance to staff and contractors as needed.
- Work onsite Monday-Friday.
Education Requirements: - B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR
- High School Diploma with 4+ years enterprise experience in relevant technologies.
Minimum Qualifications: - 4+ years experience with:
- Microsoft Server Platforms: Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows SQL Server
- Microsoft Software: Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft 365, Defender
- Microsoft Management: Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune
- Microsoft Azure: Azure AD, Azure CLI, Azure Governance
- Dell Servers & Storage: PowerEdge MX740C R660/R760, Compellent SC200, StreamVault SVS-7020E/SV-7040EX, vxRail E5
- VMware Virtualization: ESX, vCenter, vSphere
- 3+ years experience with:
- Pure Storage: FlashArray X20R3/C50R4, Pure1, ActiveCluster
- Veeam Enterprise Backup
- File and Print Services
- Data Center Installation (Rack & Stack)
- 2+ years creating integrated solution designs (server, storage, backup, management, security)
- Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs.

- VEEAM Enterprise Backup
- Wasabi Cloud
- PowerShell scripting
- Azure Co-Pilot AI
- Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and documentation
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365 Admin, Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCDX/VCTA, Pure Storage, Dell PowerEdge/PowerScale, VEEAM VMCE, etc.)
