AI Agentic developers (hands-on). This is for a banking client - US based - locations NYC, Charlotte, Dallas. The developer should have exposure to AI Governance and guard rails.

What you'll do
You'll design and build AI-powered agentic systems architecting autonomous workflows, multi-agent pipelines, and tool-integrated solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for clients. Beyond building, you'll help shape how we deploy AI responsibly: defining guardrails, governance frameworks, and trust boundaries that make our solutions safe to scale.
What you'll work on

• Developing agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration tooling
• Integrating LLMs with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP servers, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Establishing AI governance practices including output validation, human-in-the-loop controls, prompt injection defenses, and responsible AI policy alignment
• Collaborating with engineering and architecture leads to codify guardrail patterns into reusable, production-grade components
• Contributing to internal standards and client-facing assets that articulate what "trustworthy agentic AI" looks like in practice

What you'll bring

• Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, etc.)
• Working knowledge of AI risk and governance concepts bias, explainability, security, auditability
• Ability to translate technical guardrail decisions into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, client-facing consulting environment
