Job Description*

Lead the translation of validated product opportunities into intuitive, scalable product experiences. Drive solution shaping through product thinking, interaction design, rapid prototyping, and user validation. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to explore multiple solution directions, reduce delivery risk, and establish reusable experience foundations. Leverage AI-enabled design approaches to accelerate concept exploration, iteration, and decision-making.

A strategic product designer who can independently navigate ambiguity, explore multiple solution paths, prototype and validate concepts with users, influence product direction, and establish scalable experience foundations before engineering investment begins.

Mandatory skills*

10+ years of Product Design, Product Experience, Interaction Design, or Enterprise UX experience.
Strong expertise in solution shaping, product strategy, and concept exploration.
Proven experience translating ambiguous business opportunities into validated product solutions.
Advanced skills in interaction design, workflow design, information architecture, and UX strategy.
Hands-on expertise in rapid prototyping and user validation techniques.
Experience selecting appropriate prototype fidelity based on business and product decisions.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
Ability to balance long-term product vision with iterative product delivery.
Experience creating reusable patterns, frameworks, and experience foundations.
Strong visual design and product judgment capabilities.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate design exploration and iteration.

Desired skills*

Principal or Staff-level Product Design leadership experience.
Experience designing complex enterprise SaaS, workflow, or operational products.
Background in Product Experience, Design Engineering, or Experience Systems.
Exposure to AI-enabled product experiences and conversational interaction models.
Experience building scalable design principles and reusable interaction patterns.
Healthcare, operations, logistics, maintenance, or field-service product experience.
Experience working in organizations such as Atlassian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft, Shopify, Stripe, Intuit, Airbnb, Asana, or similar enterprise product companies.
Coaching, mentoring, and elevating design practices within teams.
Knowledge of modern design-to-development workflows and design-engineering collaboration models
