Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Author to support enterprise digital content management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), digital content publishing, content governance, AEM Assets/DAM, multilingual content management, and enterprise website content operations.

This role is responsible for creating, editing, managing, and publishing digital content while ensuring brand consistency, accessibility compliance, SEO alignment, and an optimal user experience across enterprise digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Content Authoring & Publishing

  • Create, edit, update, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Manage digital content across enterprise web properties.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to publishing standards.
  • Support scheduled publishing and content lifecycle management.

AEM Content Management

Hands-on experience with:

  • AEM Sites
  • AEM Assets / DAM
  • Pages
  • Components
  • Templates
  • Content fragments
  • Digital assets

Responsibilities:

  • Content creation and updates
  • Page management
  • Component usage
  • Asset management
  • Content publishing governance

Workflow & Content Governance

  • Follow enterprise content workflows including:

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure content aligns with:
    • Brand guidelines

  • Validate content presentation across browsers, devices, and responsive layouts.

SEO & Digital Best Practices

  • Apply SEO best practices while authoring and updating content.
  • Support digital optimization and content usability standards.
  • Maintain structured, search-friendly content.

Multilingual / Localization Support

  • Support multilingual content publishing workflows.
  • Manage localized content updates for global / enterprise websites.
  • Coordinate with business teams for regional content needs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination

Partner with:
