Senior Technical Program Manager – Agentic AI & Certinia (FinancialForce)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise scale initiatives at the intersection of Agentic AI and Certinia (FinancialForce). This role will drive complex, cross functional programs that modernize financial and professional services operations using AI driven agents, Certinia platforms, and cloud based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Program Management
• Own end to end delivery of large, cross functional technical programs involving AI platforms and Certinia (FinancialForce).
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple engineering and business teams.
• Drive execution using Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery models, ensuring predictable outcomes and stakeholder transparency.
• Lead executive level status reporting, risk mitigation, and decision making forums.
Agentic AI Leadership
• Lead programs that design, deploy, and operationalize Agentic AI systems (AI agents, multi agent workflows, RAG based agents).
• Partner with AI/ML teams to transition LLM based agents from experimentation to production grade, reliable systems.
• Establish success metrics for AI agents including business impact, adoption, reliability, governance, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate AI governance, security, and compliance reviews to ensure responsible and scalable AI adoption.
Certinia (FinancialForce) Platform Enablement
• Drive technical programs involving Certinia PSA, Financial Management, and Revenue modules
• Coordinate integrations between Certinia, Gogole Cloud, and AI services.
• Partner with Finance, Professional Services, and IT teams to modernize:
o Project accounting and revenue recognition
o Resource management and forecasting
o Billing, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Ensure Certinia solutions align with enterprise architecture, data models, and scalability requirements.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise scale programs involving complex systems and integrations.
• Hands on exposure to Agentic AI, such as:
o AI agents, multi agent workflows, RAG pipelines
o LLM based systems deployed in production environments
• Experience working with Certinia (FinancialForce) on Salesforce, including PSA and/or Financial Management modules.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform)
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and risk management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Certinia platforms.
• Understanding of financial operations, professional services automation, or revenue lifecycle management.
• Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and enterprise compliance.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Salesforce/Certinia certifications (nice to have).
