Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, AI Chatbots, and Azure OpenAI Services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy scalable AI solutions that support enterprise use cases such as conversational AI, text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and chatbot technologies.

• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Azure OpenAI models for business-specific use cases.

• Build intelligent NLP solutions for text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.

• Deploy, monitor, and manage AI models in production environments.

• Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and response quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI applications.

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and Azure ecosystem advancements.

• Troubleshoot model performance issues and deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • Agentic AI frameworks

  • AI Chatbot development

  • Azure OpenAI Services

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as:

  • PyTorch

  • TensorFlow

  • Hugging Face Transformers

• Experience integrating and consuming Azure OpenAI APIs.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Prompt Engineering

  • Data Preprocessing

  • Model Evaluation and Performance Tuning

  • MLOps Best Practices

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI applications on Azure cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.

• Experience with enterprise-scale AI solution development and deployment.

• Familiarity with AI governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
