Summary

Seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Acqueon Dialer / auto-dialer campaign management. The ideal candidate will independently lead product initiatives, manage Agile teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage Acqueon Dialer platform and campaign performance

Gather requirements, write detailed user stories, and manage backlog

Collaborate with Business, Marketing, Call Center Ops, Sales, Compliance & IT

Lead sprint planning, UAT, and end-to-end delivery

Support production issues and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills:

Strong experience in dialer operations / contact center environment

Hands-on with Agile (Scrum), backlog & sprint management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Acqueon Dialer experience (preferred)

Exposure to communication platforms like Twilio

Healthcare domain experience
