We are looking for someone with experienced skills in Acqueon Dialer who can lead our team and has expertise to write User Stories.
Looking for a seasoned Product Owner that is familiar with auto-dialer campaign management. The individual needs to lead efforts independently, work effectively with a scrum team using agile methodology and well as have the ability to work across teams. The product owner must collaborate with business stakeholders: Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and other IT teams to ensure seamless operations of the campaign. The individual will be responsible to gather requirements, work with scrum teams to create the user stories, work with the developers to ensure prioritized work is consumed in the appropriate sprints and continue the backlog management of requests. They will conduct testing efforts with QA team members to ensure all requirements are met, organize UAT sessions with business stakeholders, Provide the support needed for incidents/defects. They will create well defined presentation decks to highlight all new or updated functionality to the business partners. The Product Owner must have strong written and verbal skills and must be able to utilize data to tell a story.
They need to have worked as a Product owner on Acqueon, not a technical Developer or a Jr. PO.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead product ownership for the Acqueon Dialer platform, ensuring optimal campaign performance and compliance.
· Partner with business stakeholders across Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and IT to define and deliver campaign strategies and enhancements.
· Gather and document business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and manage a well-prioritized product backlog.
· Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure features are developed, tested, and deployed according to specifications and sprint goals.
· Conduct and oversee UAT sessions with business partners to validate new functionality.
· Provide production support for incident resolution and defect management.
· Create and deliver professional presentation decks to communicate new or enhanced capabilities to business stakeholders.
· Leverage data to tell a clear, compelling story and support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
· Extensive experience in Customer Service environments, with hands-on experience in dialer operations.
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of the organization.
Nice to Have
· Acqueon Dialer platform experience (highly preferred)
· Twilio integration or communication platform experience
· Healthcare industry background
