Agentic AI Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking an Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, workflow execution, and adaptive decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, and AI workflow orchestration.

Required Skills:

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong Prompt Engineering expertise.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM frameworks:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• Experience with:
• RAG / GraphRAG
• Vector Databases
• Knowledge management systems
• Experience building:
• Multi-agent systems
• Complex agentic workflows
• Experience evaluating and optimizing AI agent performance.
• Traditional ML experience including:
• Model selection
• Model evaluation
• Monitoring and optimization

Business & Solutioning

• Ability to work directly with business teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to convert business requirements into AI/ML workflows and production-ready solutions.
• Must demonstrate end-to-end ownership from business understanding to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI-driven workflows.
• Translate business processes into AI/Agentic workflows.
• Work with SMEs and leadership teams to validate workflows and solution approaches.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Build scalable multi-agent systems and workflow pipelines.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize AI solution performance.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• 1+ years focused specifically on GenAI or Agentic AI applications.

Candidate Criteria:

• Must have real hands-on Agentic AI project experience (mandatory).
• Must have production-level experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Must be able to demonstrate business-to-AI workflow translation capability.
• POC-only or prompt-only experience is not sufficient.
