Position: Budget Analyst (Only W2)

Location: Hybrid onsite in Irvine, CA 2 days/week

Duration: 6 months

Job Responsibilities:

Executes all tasks related to Digital & Technology Financials management as described below:

?

Financial Planning & Budget Management (40%)

Maintain the master budget tracker by period

Support period-end and quarter-end lockdown and reporting activities

?

Tech Fees & FZ Billing (20%)

Execute the per-period technology billing process

Transition the Tech Fees list from OneSource to MTB for improved access and visibility

?

R&D Tax Credit Reporting (20%)

Partner with D&T Budget Owners to support annual R&D tax credit documentation (Q1 Q2)

Portfolio Organization (10%)

Create and maintain a centralized Confluence list of specific client-owned platforms, global org platforms, and third-party platforms, including definitions and POCs/client Owners for each

Develop a consolidated list of collaboration, product development, PS & monitoring tools, including purpose and budget location

Ongoing Portfolio Management & Prioritization (10%)

Support me in establishing a standardized process and repository for tracking AA funding requests, status updates, and final funding decisions
