You will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing our digital footprint. You will oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies while collaborating closely with our content and web development teams to maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities include:
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword discovery and expansion to align with business objectives.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website copy, landing pages, metadata, and HTML tags for target search terms.
- Technical SEO: Perform regular website audits to resolve crawlability, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup issues.
- Content Collaboration: Guide content creators with SEO briefs, headline recommendations, and search intent alignment.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link-building and backlink acquisition campaigns to build domain authority.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily search visibility using GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Competitor Analysis: Review competitor strategies, backlink profiles, and keyword gaps to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, Google core updates, and generative AI search developments.
Skills/Experience required:
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience managing successful SEO campaigns.
- SEO Toolset: High proficiency with platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Web Analytics: Strong command over Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how JavaScript impacts rendering.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret traffic patterns and conversions.
