Job Description
We are seeking an Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting Epic's PB module and a proven ability to translate business needs into system builds that drive accurate, compliant revenue cycle outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic PB build for charge capture, claims, remittance, and related workflows.
- Execute and document unit, integrated, and regression testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Translate operational requirements into scalable system design and build specifications.
- Collaborate with revenue cycle stakeholders to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Epic Certification: Professional Billing (PB), active and in good standing.
- Hands-on experience with PB charge capture, claims processing, and remittance posting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting go-live activities and post-live stabilization, including at-the-elbow support.
- Background in revenue cycle operations and KPI-driven workflow optimization.
