Job Description
We are seeking an EPIC Outpatient - Ambulatory EHR/EpicCare Link Analyst to join our team. The analyst will design, build, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory applications with a focus on outpatient clinical workflows and EpicCare Link community provider access. The analyst will translate clinical needs into system configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize workflows for physicians and staff. The role requires strong ServiceNow proficiency and consistent ownership of tickets from intake through closure. The analyst will be required to be on-site for Go-Live from 11/7 to 11/20, working 10-hour shifts to support the coordination center.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain EpicCare Ambulatory and EpicCare Link workflows and build.
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into scalable system configurations and enhancements.
- Execute unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing with clear documentation and defect resolution.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and requests using ServiceNow with end-to-end ownership.
- Collaborate with clinicians, analysts, and vendors to optimize outpatient workflows and provider access.
- Support cutover, dress rehearsals, and Go-Live activities, including on-site support during 11/7-11/20.
- Create and maintain build documentation, job aids, and support knowledge articles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Epic Certifications: EpicCare Ambulatory and EpicCare Link.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting Epic outpatient workflows.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills across clinical and technical teams.
- Demonstrated accountability for independently picking up and closing tickets.
- Availability for on-site Go-Live support 11/7-11/20 with 10-hour shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience optimizing provider and staff workflows in ambulatory settings.
- Familiarity with integration, security, and access provisioning for community providers.
