Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models to support constructability, coordination, and sequencing.
2. Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to resolve design and field conflicts.
3. Translate design intent into coordinated construction models aligned with project execution plans.
4. Support preconstruction efforts including logistics planning, phasing, and visualization.
5. Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Work on large-scale commercial projects and contribute to their successful completion.
7. Utilize software like AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Engineer, preferably in a general contractor or architecture firm.
3. Proven experience working on large-scale commercial projects (or similar).
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and related software.
5. Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and documentation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve design and field conflicts.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners.
8. A dedicated team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
