Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to enable scalable Agile practices while ensuring compliance, transparency, and timely execution across complex programs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery execution across Agile teams supporting enterprise banking platforms.
- Ensure alignment between Agile delivery and broader program objectives, milestones, and governance standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Track sprint and program-level progress against defined milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain centralized reporting and dashboards for status, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and financial tracking.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve impediments and delivery risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of progress to senior stakeholders.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and integration points in complex environments.
- Support capacity planning, resource alignment, and delivery forecasting.
- Uphold governance standards including documentation, audit readiness, and compliance adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and tooling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or structured execution roles.
- Strong proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; SAFe preferred.
- Experience with delivery tracking, reporting, and governance frameworks.
- Advanced use of Jira, Confluence, and reporting/dashboard tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Experience supporting financial tracking, budgeting awareness, or resource planning.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise technology delivery.
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations in financial services.
- Experience in large-scale financial institutions or highly regulated industries.
- SAFe or Scrum Master certifications such as CSM or PSM.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to portfolio governance, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards.
- Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and cost oversight.
- Experience working in multi-team or program-level delivery environments.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience coordinating global or distributed teams.
- Ability to operate between team-level execution and program-level oversight with strong structure and transparency.
